Terms of Service

ADE analyses operational data you upload and produces forecasts, scenarios, recommendations, and explained decision suggestions. Its outputs are decision support: they are deterministic calculations over the data you provide, not professional advice and not a guarantee of any commercial outcome.

You remain responsible for the decisions you take. ADE records what it recommended and why, so that responsibility can be exercised with the reasoning visible.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed under your account. Workspace owners and admins control who may access a workspace and with which role.

You must not upload data you are not entitled to process, attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or overload the service, or use ADE to build a competing product.

You retain all rights to the data you upload. We process it to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not sell it, and we do not use your operational data to train models for other customers.

ADE is offered without an availability commitment unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Maintenance, incidents, and changes to the service may cause interruption. We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected workspaces.

Paid plans are agreed in writing before any charge is made. No fee is collected through this site today; pricing conversations happen directly with Sunsato.

You may stop using ADE and request deletion of your account and workspaces at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers the service or other customers, and will explain the reason where we lawfully can.

To the extent permitted by law, Sunsato is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of ADE output. These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the [COMPETENT COURTS AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICES] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced with a new version date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted is recorded against your account.
